Dispatch Times

Orders placed after 2:30pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Next Working Day Delivery

Our £4.95 Next Working Day Delivery option is available on orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2:30pm. Orders placed after this time, on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays will be delivered on the next working day after dispatch.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, offshore islands and remote areas of the UK may not be covered by our delivery services or may require additional delivery time. If this affects an order, we’ll notify the customer as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

At Lidsters Fishing Supplies Ltd, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If they’re not happy with their order, they may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include bait, food, gas canisters, hazardous products, gift cards, digital products and used items unless faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items should be reported to sales@lidstersfishing.co.uk with the order number and photos where possible.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 working days for funds to appear.
Exchanges are available for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
